By feat chain, did you mean the synergy feats? I don't know of the Cleric-Paladin/Herald one, just the Bard+Herald (Proclaimer) feats, although I know there are some third party options.
For other Cleric synergy feats, there's the Cleric+Sorcerer (Mystic Arcanist → Pure Arcanist → Arcanum Master). I've flavored a character as a Sun Priest follower of a sun/fire diety (like Pelor or Lathander) using radiant and fire damage types, but they are also a healer.
Alternatively there is Artificer+Cleric (GPG #24: Divine Spark→ Haleg Scepen → Imago Dei).
