We don't talk about Pun-Pun
Gut bacteria may not have a stat block, but by definition, it is a monster, for what that's worth.
how do you fight gut bacteria? it's too small to interact with in any meaningful way (other then by killing its host, i guess).Gut bacteria may not have a stat block, but by definition, it is a monster, for what that's worth.

There was just a thread last week I think, about shrinking down PC's to tiny size!how do you fight gut bacteria? it's too small to interact with in any meaningful way (other then by killing its host, i guess).
i uh. i don't think a house cat is interacting with gut bacteria. There was just a thread last week I think, about shrinking down PC's to tiny size!
Lol. Well I recall someone in that thread talking about how there was a Dragon issue with stats for single-celled organisms, so they mentioned a "Fantastic Voyage" scenario they put their PC's through.i uh. i don't think a house cat is interacting with gut bacteria.
bro really put his party on the magic school busLol. Well I recall someone in that thread talking about how there was a Dragon issue with stats for single-celled organisms, so they mentioned a "Fantastic Voyage" scenario they put their PC's through.
Eh, I wouldn't impose any damage on the swallowed creature. All those squishy internal organs surrounding them will cushion the blow. Plus they'll be taking plenty of damage from the stomach acid. No need to punish the PC more for having had the gall to get swallowed (pun intended). This would be a complete house ruling, but I'd let the caster make a check with their spellcasting skill. I'd just make it a 15 to start with. Success? Works as they want. Failure? The swallowed character takes some damage from being bumped around and is still swallowed.
With the Swarm rules.how do you fight gut bacteria? it's too small to interact with in any meaningful way (other then by killing its host, i guess).
