Sessions with the D&D Club at school get cancelled if they conflict with another event, like last week, when most of my players were also in our school musical.

At home, the cause is typically that the games are only a priority for some of us, but I don't want to kick people out because they're friends and family. I would dearly love to be part of a campaign where everyone else was as invested as I was; I've never really had that, to be honest.

I put a TON of work into every session, usually as DM, but also on the rare occasions when I get to be a player, and it's a real bummer when someone blows off a game.

I went with "Other". I run two games, and the reasons are different for each group.

With my "home" game, it's usually because someone is sick. Most recently, we had to reschedule a game because my daughter had a friend's 16th birthday party to attend that evening. With this group, if one player can't make it, we usually won't play.

With my Friday group, I have four players, and we'll play with just three. It's amazing how many times we have to cancel / reschedule due to a variety of reasons! Someone will be sick and then someone else will be out of town and their flight back gets canceled, or someone's spouse double-books them and then someone else has thrown their back out. All sorts of stuff.
