are these supposed to be the characters at the start of fellowship? because if it's supposed to be them by the end of return of the king, i feel like having sam only be level 1 is slander.

Classes are capped at 5. Multiclassing works though, so you can theoretically get up to character level 20 (if you want to make something wild!)
Maybe when I can level him up a bit!Feels like he should have a reaction to avoid ranged attacks.
